Data we collect
- Contact form : name, email address, subject and message. This data is used only to reply to your request and is kept for 3 years after our last exchange.
- Bookings : room bookings are made on the Reservit platform and table bookings on Zenchef. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. The booking data they send us is kept for 3 years after your stay, and accounting records for 10 years (legal obligation). We do not store your bank card details.
Cookies and third-party content
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is kept for 1 month; you can change it at any time using the « Manage cookies » button.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics) : if you accept, Google Analytics measures site traffic (pages viewed, source, device) and clicks on the booking, phone and email buttons. This data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
- Google content (maps, 360° virtual tours, YouTube video): this content only loads after you give your consent or when you click « Show ». Google may then receive your IP address and set cookies.
- If you decline, none of this data is sent to Google.
Google may process this data in the United States; this transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (« Informatique et Libertés »), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to it after your death.
